Stern Vitamin is part of the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe which is a leading German manufacturer of food and feed ingredients. Based in Ahrensburg near Hamburg, Stern Vitamin develops and manufactures micronutrient premixes that are used to fortify foods and drinks. Together with its knowledge of compounding and the creation of customised solutions for customers, Stern Vitamin is very involved in research and development. It is also able to draw on the expertise and know-how of its sister company Muhlenchemie which for many years has been a global player in the field of flour fortification with vitamins and minerals.

Stern Vitamin focuses on tailor-made customer specific compounds which are processed and blended in its modern plant in Wittenburg in north eastern Germany.
