The company's research and development work focuses on the properties of enzymes for flour as well as their effects on dough rheology and baking. SternEnzym's products are used in the manufacture of bakery products, biscuits, crackers and wafers, grain hydrolysis, sugar, confectionery, beverages, brewing, distilling and ethanol.
