Loryma GmbH

Loryma was founded as a family owned company in 1976 and it has been a subsidiary of Crespel and Deiters since 2001. Loryma creates new food ideas and develops solutions for the food industry in close cooperation with its customers. The company's focus is on delicatessen & coatings, baked goods and meat products.

The company has developed a full range of native wheat starches, modified wheat starches and texturised vegetable proteins. In addition it produces tailor-made compounded products based on starches and hydrocolloid blends to meet specific customer requirements.
