Lasenor is a privately owned Spanish firm created from the alliance of two well-known and experienced companies consolidated in both technology and customer service; Lasem and Norte. These companies joined 15 years of expertise in lecithin and its derivatives to 35 years of oleochemicals know-how applied to the field of food emulsions.
Lasenor specialises in the fields of production, development and application of emulsifiers whether the emulsifiers are from natural origins like lecithin or produced by synthesis like esters of fatty acids and their derivatives. Since there is no all-purpose emulsifier it is the expertise of the chemist and the knowledge of the system that will decide which kind of emulsifier or mixture of emulsifiers will be the best option to achieve a stable emulsion. The use of compounds designed for every single food system is one of Lasenor's most important tasks working in close cooperation with the customer.
